The Rufus Guide Editorial Team is a group of technical writers, translators, and IT support specialists responsible for researching, writing, translating, and maintaining every language edition of this guide.

Rather than attribute articles to a single named author, we publish under a team byline because every page here is the product of collaborative work: a technical reviewer verifies steps against the current Rufus release, a native-speaking editor adapts terminology and tone for the target language and region, and a maintainer keeps screenshots, version numbers, and download links current.

Our editorial standards require that every published page: (1) is verified against the latest stable Rufus release at time of writing, (2) uses terminology consistent with how the target-language operating system and IT community actually talk about bootable media, partition tables, and firmware modes, (3) discloses clearly that this is an independent resource and not the official Rufus site, and (4) links every download call-to-action to the official rufus.ie download page rather than a third-party mirror.

We review each language edition on a recurring basis to catch UI changes, new Windows/Linux release requirements (such as new TPM or Secure Boot requirements), and shifts in the way people search for help in that language.

Questions about our editorial process, corrections, or translation feedback can be sent through the contact page.
